At Corsa Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all our organic and natural products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to assist you.
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images or an unboxing video of the product. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for approval.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Due to the nature of consumable goods like herbal teas and organic products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items unless there is a genuine quality issue.
